Highlander Dinner & Auction – with Virtual Silent Auction and LIVE In Person Auction!!

The Highlander Dinner & Auction is March 1, 2025 at Assumption Catholic School Gymnasium
For those who are joining us in person: Dinner, Live Auction by Spokane’s very own Tom Sherry, Virtual Silent Auction, Games and LOTS of FUN!
The Dinner & Auction ticket includes All You Can Eat Mamma Mia’s and 1 Drink Ticket = $35.00/person.
(Gluten Free & Vegetarian options available for an added $5.00)
Reserve a Table for 8 People – This includes a reservation fee and 8 individual Dinner & Auction event admission tickets.

Silent Auction will go LIVE on Monday February 24th at 8:00 AM and will end Saturday March 1st at 7:00 PM.
Silent Auction items will be on display at the Dinner and Live Auction on Saturday March 1st.
The LIVE Auction bidding will take place at Assumption Catholic School following the close of the silent auction & games.

Schedule of Events:
Doors open at 5:00 PM.
Cocktail Hour 5:00 – 6:00 PM,
Dinner & Presentations 6:00 – 7:00 PM,
7:00 PM – Silent Auction Closures and Game Closures,
LIVE AUCTION to begin following the closure of silent auction, no later than 8:00 PM.
(Times may vary slightly, with the exception of Silent Auction Closure right at 7:00 PM)

GAME Information:
Golden Medallion/Ticket Drawing – Winner gets to Pick one item off the live auction.
Cost: $20.00 per Medallion – SOLD at the Door
*Some items on the live may be excluded based on total number of medallions sold
Games: SOLD at the Door
McTavish Wall – pick a playing card from the wall for a chance to win the 50/50 drawing.
Cost: $5.00 per card
Scottish Dice – Roll 6 die three times to count total number of 1’s rolled. Player with the highest score wins a prize. Tie breakers will be played to determine winner if needed.
Cost: $5.00 for 3 rolls
Highlassie’s Putt Putt – Sink putts and win – The player with the most putts wins a prize. Tie breakers will be played to determine winner if needed.
Cost: $5.00 for 5 putts
Chick-A-Locka Head & Tails Bead Game – Buy as many beads as you like but only get to use a maximum of two beads to play. Choose between head and tails (hands on head – hands on butt). Coin will be flipped. Losers sits, your out – Winners continue. Each set of beads shows life. Once you lose all your beads (max of 2) Last Highlander standing wins prize.
Cost: $5.00 per Bead Necklace
Raffle Items:
Raffle Tickets are $1.00 or 5 for $5.00. Raffles will be drawn at conclusion of the live auction.
